The Omaha Health Expo is the largest health event pertaining to wellness, fitness, mind & body, learn how to improve your lifestyles, ways to live longer, better, and happier. The BBC will have a booth at the Expo to promote cycling as a Healthy form of exercise for all ages. The plan is to have members staff the booth to hand out materials and answer questions. Shifts are two (2) hours each.
