Join Greenstreet for a Gravel Ride led by Jenni, our Shop Manager!
This is a Beginner Friendly Gravel Ride! If you have never ridden gravel before and you'd like to give it a try, this ride is for you : )
We are planning on 6~ miles of Sarpy County gravel, with a small amount of pavement to get to the gravel and a few short paved road sections. This will be a No-Drop ride at a casual pace. We will have re-grouping stops along the way for water breaks and to talk about how to ride on gravel!
We'll be starting from the gravel parking lot at Walnut Creek Recreation Area. Take Schram Road between 96th and 108th Streets, turn north on Turkey Road (into the park), then it's the first lot on the right before you get to the boat docks. If you get to the docks, just turn around and it will be the only turn on your left before you exit the park. There's a restroom there if needed!
Helmets and front and rear lights are REQUIRED. Sunset will be about 7:30pm. Bring 1-2 filled water bottles.
