Okay, time to slide into another year. The Slide Ride is a weekly ride on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm, during the late Spring through Early fall, departing from Stinson Park (Aksarben Village in Omaha) and riding the trails.
The ride is hosted by Trek Omaha West.
Our Motto is "We don‘t go fast and we don‘t go far." The Slide Ride will start, Wednesday, April 24th, at 6:30 pm., from Stinson Park, Aksarben, and continue each Wednesday until the end of September. Riders must have a bike, wear a helmet, and have hydration. No children please. We ride 10-15 miles at a leisurely pace, and those who choose convene at Pauli‘s for adult beverages.

Plans have been made for the club‘s 2nd Annual July 4th ride on the Keystone. We leave at 8 am on July 4th from the Twin Creek Trailhead in Bellevue. We will ride to Democracy Park then return to Pause Coffee shop in Ralston. After some Coffee and Socializing we will return to Twin Creek or where ever you would like to venture. This will function similarly to our Saturday Coffee Rides(No Drop, Easy Pace, Ride officially ends at the Coffee Shop. Helmets are Required. EBikes re welcome.

Hi All, Sunday, July 7th, we are planning a day trip to ride the Sauk Rail Trail in IA. Leave Omaha around 6:00 AM, drive to Swan Lake, IA, wheels down at 8:00AM, ride to Lake View, IA or less if you wish, meet for lunch, and head home. This is a paved trail, we rode it last year, it was in great condition. Please let me know if you are interested. I will call this next week to ensure the trail is open. Distance is about 33 miles.
